Yomna Saleh
I am Yomna Saleh, a PhD candidate at Faculty of Medicine and Health, Sydney University. I am working in Kolling Institute of Medical Research. I started my career as dentist after completion of Bachelor Degree of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Medicine at Faculty of Dentistry, Tanta University, Egypt. After that, I obtained Master Degree of Oral Pathology from Faculty of Dentistry, Tanta University, Egypt. I have been awarded a fully funded scholarship from Higher Education Ministry, Egypt to study PhD in Sydney University. My PhD is focusing on role of autophagic pathway in cancer progression, metastasis and chemoresistance and also how to effectively target it.
