David Tuveson
David Tuveson is an American Cancer Biologist (Clinician-Scientist) with a longstanding interest in understanding and treating pancreatic cancer. Dr. Tuveson currently serves as the Director of the Cancer Center and the Roy J. Zuckerberg Professor of Cancer Research at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, the Chief Scientist at the Lustgarten Foundation and the President Elect for the American Association for Cancer Research. Dr. Tuveson obtained a bachelor’s degree in chemistry at M.I.T., followed by M.D. and Ph.D. degrees at Johns Hopkins, was a medical resident at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and a medical oncology fellow at Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center.
