Mohammed Sedeeq
Biography
Mohammed Sedeeq is a third year PhD student and a casual faculty member in the school of pharmacy at University of Tasmania. His doctoral research investigates the role of novel brain cancer targets and the potential of finding new therapeutic approach. Mohammed research focusses on utilising high throughput assays and in vitro models of medulloblastoma in assessing possible therapeutic targets and their roles in childhood brain cancer. Mohammed holds a master’s degree in pharmaceutical science from the University of Tasmania, Australia that investigated the physical and chemical stability of pharmaceutical intravenous solutions upon mixing. Mohammed works as casual tutor supporting first- and second-year master’s students in their research works.
